Menu Bar

The Menu Bar runs across the top of the window and is your primary navigational tool for accessing all other tools & windows.

Project
Open Project Directory Opens the Data directory of the project
New Zone Create a new zone within the project
Delete Zone Delete the currently loaded zone from the project
Close Project Close the currently loaded project
Exit Close the Editor
Edit
Undo Undo the last step
Redo Redo the last step
View
Go To Allows you to open the Go To tool.
Bookmarks Allows you to access the Bookmark System within the Editor. This feature is only available when a zone has been loaded.
  • New Bookmark - Creates a new Bookmark for the currently loaded zone.
  • Bookmark Manager - Opens the Bookmark Manager
Render Lamps Renders the Lamp icons in the viewport. Lights are still rendered even if lamps are not
Render Emitters Renders the Emitter icons in the viewport. Particles are still rendered even if Emitter Sparks are not.
Render Rooms Renders the Room placements in the viewport. Rooms are still taken into account even if this setting is disabled.
Render Reflection Probes Renders the Reflection Probe placements in the viewport. Reflection Probes are still taken into account even if the placement is not being drawn.
Render Waypoints Render the Waypoint placements in the viewports. Waypoints are still taken into account even if the placement is not being drawn.
Render Audio Render the Audio placements in the viewport. Audio Objects are still taken into account even if the placement is not being drawn.
Render Cameras Render the Camera placements in the viewport. Camera Objects are still taken into account even if the placement is not being drawn.
Render Targets Render the Target placements in the viewport. Target Objects are still taken into account even if the placement is not being drawn.
Render Triggers Render the Trigger placements in the viewport. Trigger Objects are still taken into account even if the placement is not being drawn.

You may have noticed that there is no Save Button. This is because the Editor automatically saves your changes out to files as they happen. The process is optimized so you’ll never notice dips in performance & completely removes the chance of losing work due to an unexpected error or crash.
